Madrid to Dubai

The bilateral date maison

Rooted in the timeless protocol of offering fruit to honored guests, we bridge Iberian bookbinding heritage with the historic oasis orchards of the Emirates.

Single-estate harvest

Sun, stone, and time

Every specimen is gathered by hand at peak maturity from family-held groves in Liwa and Al Ain. We reject commercial glazing, selecting only uniform fruit with natural sugar crystallization and optimal moisture balance.

Packed within hours of grading, our selection maintains an unhurried softness without artificial stabilizers or surface syrup, preserving the quiet purity of each seasonal harvest.

Two ateliers

Conception across borders

Our Madrid design studio engineers the 900g rigid keepsake box from dense archival bookbinding board and Spanish woven satin ribbons. Each box is cut, wrapped, and foil-stamped by hand, prioritizing architectural corners over disposable confectionery cartons.

Our procurement team in Dubai inspects each seasonal parcel directly at grove gates before transit. Together, both studios operate as a quiet cultural exchange, curating gifts destined for sovereign tables, foreign diplomats, and intimate household gatherings.

Inaugural private allocation

Private waitlist patrons receive dedicated allocations prior to our January 2027 opening.
